The Beautillion Experience

The Le’ Beautillion Militaire is the culminating event of the Leadership Academy. The Academy develops high school junior and senior African American men to be critical thinkers, culturally grounded and supported in their pursuit of successful careers. The event is a black–tie community recognition affair that gives young men an opportunity to showcase their scholastic achievements as well as musical, dance and other creative talents. Beaux annually receive college scholarships, based on the funds raised through corporate support, donations and ticket sales. Since 1987, over 500 young men have participated and continue the legacy of leadership, friendship and scholarship.
